COMACA is an event that seeks to strengthen the bonds of fraternity, cooperation, philosophy and Masonic values among the various Masonic powers and delegations, fostering cultural, ethical and intellectual exchange among its members.
COMACA is traditionally formed by the regular Grand Lodges of countries such as Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, together with guest delegations from other regions.
Meetings of Grand Masters and Masonic officers to deliberate on matters of common interest. Review of projects, initiatives and regional Masonic philosophy.
Participation of Masonic speakers and specialists with presentations on philosophy, history, leadership and Masonic contributions to society.
Presentation of symbolic recognitions and honors for outstanding achievements and service within the Confederation and among the different nations.
